1. „Through Wkra Forest”

Trail route:
Szczecin-Głębokie – Wołczkowo – Dobra Szczecińska – Buk – Stolec – Bolków – Zalesie – Dobieszczyn – Karszno – Nowe Warpno – Warnołęka – Brzózki – Trzebież Szczecińska – Uniemyśl – Niekłończyca – Jasienica – Tatynia – Trzeszczyn – Police – Leśno Górne – Pilchowo – Szczecin-Głębokie
Trail length: 107 km

The trail is relatively flat, using the existing roads with varied surfaces (asphalt, pavement, gravel, earth).  Sometimes you can encounter slight elevations.

2. „To Lake Świdwie – PAN Reserve”

Trail route:
Szczecin-Głębokie – Bartoszewo – Świdwie Lake – Grzepnica – Dobra Szczecińska – Wąwelnica – Bezrzecze
Trail length: 34 km

The trail is slightly undulating. The predominance of earth forest roads. Nature trail.

3. „Through Szczecin Landscape Park”

Trail route:
Szczecin (PKP) – Binowo – Żelisławiec – Kartno – Glinna – Kołowo – Szczecin-Zdroje (PKP)
Trail length: 43 km

The trail leads from the Central Railway Station in Szczecin through the Szczecin Landscape Park (Beech Forest). The trail is very undulating. The roads are mainly asphalt, pavement and earth.

4. „Through Gryfino and Chojna Land”

Gryfino – Pniewo – Lubanowo – Banie – Swobnica – Grzybno – Strzeszów – Trzcińsko-Zdrój – Kamienny Jaz – Rurka – Chojna – Lisie Pole – Krzywin – Widuchowa – Dębogóra – Pniewo – Gryfino
Trail length: 108 km

6. „The Wolin National Park”

Southern Trail:

7. „From Wolin to the sea”

Trail route:
Wolin – Sibin – Dusin – Jarszewo – Kamień Pomorski – Strzeżewo – Gostyń – Pobierowo – Trzęsacz – Rewal – Niechorze – Lędzin – Karnice – Cerkwica – Ciećmierz – Świerzno – Kamień Pomorski
Trail length: 104 km

8. „To the Rega River Valley”

Trail route:
Nowogard – Żabowo – Wyszogóra – Lisowo – Płoty – Resko – Kulice – Nowogard
Trail length: 56 km

9. „Stargard – Przelewice – Pyrzyce”

Stargard Szczeciński – Krępcewo – Rzeplino – Dolice – Żuków – Przywodzie – Płońsko – Kłodzino – Myśliborki – Przelewice – Brzesko – Mechowo – Pyrzyce
Trail length: 70 km

The trail leads from the railway station in Stargard Szczeciński to the south along the eastern area of Lake Miedwie to Pyrzyce. The picturesque trail most often leads through open and unforested spaces, among farmlands and grazing lands.

10. „Through the southern part of the Iński Landscape Park”

Trail route:
Stargard Szczeciński – Święte – Tychowo – Krąpiel – Trzebiatów – Pęzino – Brudzewice – Słodków – Suchań – Szadzko – Dobrzany – Kozy – Ciemnik – Ińsko – Kamienny Most – Chociwel
Trail length: 81 km

The trail leads through asphalt roads, through an open area among farmlands and, in a long section, through the forest, with numerous turns.

11. „From Stargard to Maszewo”

Trail route:
Stargard Szczeciński – Grabowo – Kicko – Łęczyca – Parlino – Darż – Maszewo – Jarosławki – Maciejewo – Burowo – Mosty – Goleniów
Trail length: 47 km

The trail mainly runs through asphalt roads among farmlands and grazing lands. One of its sections runs through a dirt road. The section of the trail between Maszewo and Goleniów runs mainly through pine forests. The trail is undulating.

12. „From Chociwel to Świdwin”

Chociwel – Cieszyno – Trzebawie – Chwarstno – Runowo Pomorskie – Węgorzyno – Lesięcin – Łobez – Pęczerzyno – Słonowice – Gola Dolna – Świdwin
Trail length: 71 km

The trail leads from the railway station in Chociwel.

13. „Through the Drawa National Park”

Trail route:
Drawno – Dominikowo – Tuczno – Martew – Konotop – Barnimie – Podegrodzie – Drawno
Trail length: 69 km

The majority of the trail runs through the forested lands of the Drawa Forest, the Drawa National Park or along its boundary and partially the Wałcz Lakeland, on asphalt, paved, earth and forest roads.

14. „Around Choszczno through Recz and Bierzwnik”

Choszczno – Recz – Kiełpino – Drawno – Zatom – Wygon – Łaska – Breń – Klasztorne – Bierzwnik – Płoszkowo – Zieleniewo – Raduń – Choszczno
Trail length: 105 km
 
The trail leads from the railway station in Choszczno, through picturesque unforested areas,  Drawa Forest, and the Drawa National Park, on asphalt, dirt and forest roads.

15. „Through the eastern parts of the region”

21. „Pętla Tatrzańska” Trail

Trail route:
Koszalin – Chełmska Mountain’s Forest – to Route 206 (Koszalin – Polanów) – Chełmska Mountain
Trail length: 11,8 km

23. „Kidnapped Prince” Trail

Trail route:
Koszalin – Sianów
Trail length: 12,6 km

Trail name comes from the historical events of the fifteenth century. Trail length: 50 km

The Trail begins on the Chełmska Mountain, and finish in Tychowo. The trail commemorates the first Koszalin tourist guide – Joseph Chrząszczyńskiego, the author of a travel guide to Koszalin and the surrounding area.

27. Recreational Trail Ecological Education „Topiele Lake – Szczeglino”

Topiele Lake – Szczeglino
Trail length: 16 km

The trail is suitable for both hiking and biking.
